They are produced from certified materials. Welding is done by certified welders.
The connections are with external pipe thread. The outgoing and return lines are next to each other. They are protected with anti-corrosive paint. The outgoing line chamber is located inside the return line chamber.
They have been pressure tested at 8 bar, with working pressure of max. 6 bar and flow temperature of max. 90°C. The insulation is made of 30 mm stone wool with aluminium foil, and the jacket is made of galvanized sheet 0.8 mm thick.
The markings of the outgoing/return line are printed on the splitter jacket. The declared properties are aligned with "ISO 9001:2008" Quality Management System.
